As families,many of us share the same challenges and have experienced similar barriers that in the past we have had to overcome on our own.
It's a very empowering feeling, being part of a group of Carers who pool experience and gain support from each other. We are also able to enlist the professional expertise of Polestone.

We have an amazing amount of experience. Polestone Support Group gives us a voice!

Polestone not only provides support to our service users but also provides many opportunities to keep in touch with each other through social gatherings throughout the year as well as always being available for a chat over coffee.
